温脑活络汤对脑出血大鼠脑组织氧化损害的保护作用

Protecting Effect of Wennao Huoluo Decoction on Oxidation Damage of Brain Tissues of Rats with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的通过测定大鼠脑出血模型脑血肿周围组织中指标及脑组织含水量、神经功能的评分,探讨温脑活络汤对大鼠脑出血急性期的治疗作用机理及最佳用药时间点。方法采用二次注血/退针法制作大鼠脑出血模型测定脑组织匀浆中SOD,NO,LPO,MPO,Na+-K+-ATPase含量及脑组织含水量、神经功能缺损评分。结果给药7d后各治疗组大部分指标与模型7d组均有显著性差异,而以9时用药组差异性更大。结论温脑活络汤对脑出血大鼠脑血肿周围组织中指标及脑组织含水量、神经功能有明显改善作用。
