在半夏泻心汤颗粒的研制过程中发现,经方开发有不少问题亟待解决。论述经方开发在处方的确定上必须解决好药物名实的考证、药物修治的研究、药物剂量的折算、剂型的选择、不同制药工艺的比较以及替代药物的研究等问题。

Based on the preparation of the granules for Banxia Xiexin Decoction,the author deals with some of the problems in the development of classical recipes,including textual research of the drug names,study of drug preparation,calculation of drug dosage,selection of drug forms,comparison between different techniques in drug preparation and study on substitute drugs.
