六味地黄方在大鼠及家兔体内的吸收入血成分的研究

A Study into Components of Ingested into Blood of Rats and Rabbits

目的对六味地黄方在大鼠及家兔体内的吸收入血成分进行研究。方法采用HPLC-DAD法对六味地黄方给药前后的化学成分进行了比较研究,建立了给药前后大鼠及家兔药物血清的HPLC色谱分析方法;以对照品对照的方法,分析比较给药前后六味地黄方吸收入血成分。结果口服六味地黄方从大鼠血清和家兔血清中均发现了多个入血成分,其中马钱素、莫诺苷、丹皮酚成分能够被动物体以原型形式吸收入血,可检测到原型药物成分,还发现了多个为新产生的代谢产物。结论血中吸收入血成分及代谢产物将成为六味地黄方的体内直接作用物质,将有助于阐明六味地黄方的有效成分及作用机理。
