济南市出境旅游者满意度模糊综合评判研究

A Study on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation on Customer-satisfaction Degree for Outbound Travel in Jinan

通过对济南市出境旅游者的调查,运用定性与定量相结合的模糊综合评判方法,得出济南市出境旅游者出境旅游满意度的综合结论,认为济南市出境旅游者对港澳游的评价较"满意",在出国游方面,对韩国和日本的满意度较好,对东南亚地区和较远的欧洲、澳洲地区满意度不高.

By surveying outbound tourists in Jinan,the degree of satisfaction for outbound tourists is synthetically analyzed and valued according to fussy comprehensive assessment.The conclusion is that to Hong Kong and Macao,the degree of satisfaction is "satisfaction",but the degree of satisfaction of the Europe is lower than that of Korea and Japan.The tourist management accordingly executes some measures,which can be a foundation for cultivating healthy development outbound travel market in Jinan.
