摘要
为了实现峰峰间期的自动测量,运用3种滤波算法对神经放电信号中的干扰噪声进行了抑制,结果表明:基于3种滤波算法的应用软件都能较好地测量出动作电位的峰峰间期,其中Wallis滤波的测量效果最佳.
This paper introduces how to achieve auto-measurement of interspike interval and makes use of three filtering methods which suppress disturbing noise. The application software which implements three filter algorithms is able to survey interspike interval of action potential.The result indicates that Wallis filter algorithm has the best effect in surveying ISI among the three filters.
