摘要
目的:建立蛇葡萄根软膏的质量控制方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定软膏中大黄素的含量,使用Inertsil ODS-35μm(4.6mm×250mm)色谱柱;甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(80∶20)为流动相;流速:1.0mL/min;柱温35℃;检测波长为254nm.薄层色谱检测软膏中的蛇葡萄根和虎杖,以没食子酸和大黄素作对照品.结果:大黄素在0.1156~0.5780μg范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.56%,RSD%为1.74%(n=6);薄层色谱中供试品与对照品相应位置上斑点清晰,阴性无干扰.结论:该方法可用于蛇葡萄根软膏的质量控制.
To establish a quality control method for Ampelopsis sinica ointment.A HPLC method was used to determine the emodin in the ointment,Inertsil ODS-3 5μm(4.6mm×250mm) column,methnol-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution(80∶20) as mobile phase,flow rate at 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength at 254nm.The Radix Ampelopsis Sinica and Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati were tested by TLC method,gallic acid and emodin as standard control respectively.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.115 6~0.578 0 μg.The a...
