摘要
出铁场除尘系统在投产初期烟气捕集效果明显,随着运行时间的延长,系统阻力增加,风量衰减,最终导致烟气捕集效果下降,在高炉厂房外烟气外溢现象时有发生。本文从除尘系统的设计入手,对运行中存在的问题进行了分析,提出整改建议。
The effect of collecting fume of dedusting system is great at the initial stage of operation at casthouse, however, the collecting result is not so good and fume sometimes escapes from the blast furnace workshops due to operation for a long time, system resistance increases while exhausting capacity decreases. This article starts from the design of dedusting system, analyzing the existing problems during operation and putting forward to some suggestions to solve the problems.
