安徽省农村妇女土地权益保障现状不容乐观,农村妇女土地权益保障问题我们要高度重视。我国现行立法对农村妇女土地权益作出了保护性的规定,但还不够系统、完善。因此,我们要不断提高立法者和执法者的性别意识,完善相关法律规定,强化监督,增强妇女的法律意识和法制观念,从各个环节加强对农村妇女土地权益保护。

Village women’s present condition of the land rights guarantee is not optimistic in our province,and village women land rights guarantee problem is to be highly valued. Current lawmaking makes the provision of protection to the village women s land rights,but they are not enough systematic and perfect in our country.
