浅析法律英语文本的语篇特点

An Analysis of Discourse Features of Legal Texts

随着经济的发展和对外交流的频繁,国内对法律语言学的研究在近十几年来逐渐发展起来。本文以系统功能语法中的三大纯理功能为理论框架,以《中华人民共和国中外合资经营企业法》为语料,以小句为主要分析单位,分别从三大功能入手,通过分析及物性、名物化等特征探讨了该语料反映出的法律语篇所具有的规范性、稳定性、复杂性、严谨性等特点,有助于学习者在工作、学习中更好地理解、掌握、运用法律英语。

With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the higher frequency of foreign exchanges,our research on English of law,an important register of language,has attracted more and more attention.
