摘要
商场环境的优劣对于顾客的吸引力有着十分重要的作用,但是目前许多商场的室内环境还有许多不尽人意的地方。为此,必须细致人性化设计、注意防火安全,以及从店面设计、橱窗设计、卖场的道具与色彩营销、商场照明和"好玩"等方面提高商场对顾客的吸引力。
Environment of a market place plays an important role in attracting customers, while at present many market places have much room for improvement.Therefore, it has become anecessity to employ more human-friendly design, fireproofing technology and other security measures.More initiatives are also needed to enhance the attraction to cus- tomers, including store design, window design, props, coloring, lighting, and other gimmicks.
