不同晶型磷酸铈纳米材料的水热法合成及荧光性能 被引量:1

摘要 利用水热法成功地合成了不同晶型结构和形状的CePO_4纳米发光材料,并探讨了溶液pH值、反应温度等因素对其晶型结构、形貌及荧光性能的影响。结果表明,在酸性溶液中(pH 1)制备的CePO_4呈现纳米棒状并具有很好的结晶度,而在碱性溶液中(pH 12)制备的样品则为球状的纳米颗粒,结晶度较低。CePO_4纳米材料的晶型结构也受制备温度的影响,在溶液pH为1时,120℃下制备的样品具有六方晶型;随着反应温度的升高,逐渐有单斜晶型的产物生成,当温度到达200℃时,制备的样品全为单斜晶型。荧光光谱的结果表明,各种条件下制备的CePO_4纳米材料均在300~450 nm之间有强发射谱带,但单斜晶型的CePO_4的荧光强度要远大于六方晶型的样品。
