摘要
我国目前存在较为严重的技工荒现象,其具体表现形式为技术工人技术水平结构失衡、工种配置结构失衡、年龄结构断层、地域分布结构失衡。技工荒成因有社会价值评判体系存在片面性、技工劳动力供求之间信息不畅、福利性因素的影响、主观因素造成流动性偏大等。在此背景下,政府应该在坚持市场机制调节的基础上,充分发挥导向和服务职能,加强政策倾向,深化改革,在全社会范围内深化多元价值认同,建立科学技能评价体系。
