浅析新课程标准与体育师资队伍的建设

体育课程改革对学校体育教师提出了新的要求,在新课程标准实施过程中教师角色发生了新转变,其应具备的素质也有了新变化。本文通过这些新变化、新要求提出了体育师资队伍建设的几点意见。

The course reforms sports to new request brought forward new chang of role and quality of physical-training teacher in putting process into practice with new course standard,the paper have brought forward several opinions of building teacher resources by these new change , new request.
