摘要
通过对等温模锻、铸坯模锻以及半固态成形等体积成形工艺特点的分析,来阐述金属体积成形工艺在提高材料利用率,降低材料消耗,保持金属流线,改善机械零件力学性能。
Analyzing the volume shaping technology such as the shaping mould of equal temperature, mould of shape casting and semisolid shaping, the paper expounds its characteristics of good quality and high efficiency such as increasing the using rate of material, decreasing the material consumption, maintaining the metal streamline, improving the function of machanics spares and prolonging the service life of machines etc.
