On Programmers’ Cultivating Objectives and Ways of Computer Softeware Technology

程序员的培养作为IT技术高职计算机软件技术专业的主要培养内容之一。笔者通过分析企业对程序员的需求,程序员必备的素质,结合我院程序员培养方式,为高职计算机软件技术专业程序员的培养寻求新的途径与方式。

The cultivation of programmers is one of the major cultivating content of computer software technlogy. By analyzing the enterprises’ demand of programmers and the essential quality of a programmer, and combining the programmers’ cultivating ways in our college, the paper puts forward some new ways to foster programmers.
