摘要
通过探讨高职教师科研素质的概念及内涵,分析了教师科研素质的基本构成,探索教师科研素质的培养途径,从而达到提教师的科研素质与教学能力。
By discussing the concept and connotation of professional teachers scientific research quality the article analyzes the basic structure,discusses the training method to achieve the development of scientific research quality and teaching ability.
