国产α-氰丙烯酸烷基酯注射治疗食管胃底静脉曲张疗效及并发症分析

The Effect and Complication of Tissue Adhensive Made in China Injection and Endoscopic Band Ligation for Esophagogastric Varices

目的观察内镜下注射国产组织粘合剂α-氰丙烯酸烷基酯(北京瞬康医用胶)或联合结扎治疗食管胃底静脉曲张的疗效及并发症发生情况。方法对121例食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者进行组织粘合剂注射加/或联合结扎治疗,观察其并发症及不良反应,并对近期疗效进行初步分析。结果治疗后食管静脉曲张总有效率为68%,胃底静脉曲张总有效率53.7%。术后24小时不良反应为胸痛32例,低热者7例,上腹部不适11例,1周时上述症状均完全消失,无异位栓塞发生。3个月后复查患者无不适。结论国产α-氰丙烯酸烷基酯(北京康派特医用胶)注射治疗食管胃底静脉曲张安全有效,操作简便,价格便宜,并发症低,具有临床实用性。
