河南汉族冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病人群凝血因子Ⅶ基因R353Q多态性

Distribution of R353Q polynmorphism of coagulation factor Ⅶ gene in coronary heart disease patients

目的:探讨血浆凝血因子Ⅶ(FⅦ)基因R353Q多态性的分布与河南汉族人冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)的关系。方法:利用PCR-RFLP分析技术,检测264例健康对照组和207例河南汉族CHD患者FⅦ基因R353Q多态性。结果:2组FⅦ基因R353Q基因型频率均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。CHD患者RR纯合型频率高于正常对照组(P<0.05),Q等位基因频率(RQ+QQ)低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:河南汉族人群中存在FⅦ基因R353Q多态性,其中Q等位基因可能是冠心病的遗传保护因子。
