食管鳞状细胞癌组织中凋亡抑制蛋白Livin的表达

Expression of Livin protein in esophageal carcinoma tissue

目的:探讨食管鳞状细胞癌组织中凋亡抑制蛋白家族新成员Livin及其2种异构体Livinα和Livinβ的表达情况。方法:采用实时逆转录PCR(real-time RT-PCR)方法检测46例食管鳞状细胞癌组织及其对应的癌旁正常组织中Livinα mRNA和Livinβ mRNA的表达,并用免疫组织化学方法检测Livin蛋白的表达。结果:46例食管鳞状细胞癌组织中Livinα mRNA、Livinβ mRNA和蛋白的阳性表达率分别为82.6%(38/46)、82.6%(38/46)和93.5%(43/46),而对应癌旁正常组织中Livinα mRNA、Livinβ mRNA和蛋白的阳性表达率分别为43%(2/46)、6.5%(3/46)和6.5%(3/46),均低于癌组织中的表达(P<0.05)。食管鳞状细胞癌组织中Livin2种异构体同时表达,且Livinβ mRNA与Livinα mRNA表达量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:食管鳞状细胞癌组织中存在LivinmRNA及蛋白高表达现象,可能与食管鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展密切相关。
