豫医卷毛大鼠的遗传特性

Study on genetic character of Yuyi curly rat

目的:分析豫医卷毛大鼠的表型特征及遗传方式。方法:观察卷毛大鼠的表型,并通过遗传测交实验测定其遗传规律。结果:卷毛大鼠被毛和触须卷曲,纯合子被毛受累比杂合子严重,4周龄后开始出现短暂脱毛现象,几乎变为全身无毛,然后被毛重新生长,但毛发稀疏。卷毛性状呈半显性遗传,由常染色体上单一显性基因控制。结论:卷毛大鼠表型特征明确,遗传方式清楚,可能是一种新的突变型。

Aim:To study the phenotype character and inheritance of Yuyi curly rat.Methods:The phenotypes of mutant rat were observed,and the mode of inheritance was studied by test cross experiments.Results:The phenotype was characterized by curly hair and vibrissae.The coat of the homozygote was more severely affected than the heterozygote,and displayed a transient hair loss to be nearly completely bare at the age of four weeks.Then new coat eruptsed at each molt,but subsequent coat was thin,even bare.Curly mutation ...
