摘要
目的:研究新型口腔修复材料超高相对分子质量聚乙烯纤维(Ribbond)的体外细胞毒性。方法:将Rib-bond置于细胞培养液中72h制备出材料浸渍液,用同一培养液稀释为12.5%,25%和50%后,分别加入含L-929细胞悬液的培养液中,阳性对照组为稀释25%的PVC浸渍液,阴性对照组为新鲜细胞培养液。分别培养1d,3d,5d和7d后,采用MTT法观察细胞活性,计算细胞增殖率用于评定各材料的毒性级。结果:Ribbond的3个浓度组除第1d的25%和50%2个浓度组与阴性对照组相比差异有统计学意义外,其余与阴性对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义。第3d、5d、7d,Ribbond12.5%和25%浓度组的A值均高于阳性对照组。Ribbond的细胞毒性为0~1级。结论:Ribbond无明显细胞毒性。
