摘要
解析医学影像的存储形式DICOM(Digital Imagingand Communicition in Medcine)文件,从中获得影像坐标等标签和图像数据,并依据DICOM格式包含得信息将图像数据构造成体数据。以体数据为基础,实现了相对紧临域的三线性插值剖面重建算法。实验表明,算法重建的剖面线条清晰,组织结构突出,能向医生提供正确的局部信息。
DICOM medical images are widely used for diagnosis.However,the important local information disperses in many slices which bring difficulty to get correct information.This paper introduces a tri-linear interpolation section plane method based on DICOM volume data.Experiment results and surgeon response prove this method correct and clinically applicable.
