摘要
根据相位匹配理论,给出三倍频的参数计算公式。详细计算BABF晶体的相位匹配角、非线性有效系数、走离角、允许角随波长变化的理论曲线,得到了对基频波长为1 064 nm和1 342 nmI类相位匹配的三倍频的相位匹配角、非线性有效系数、谐波走离角、允许角,分别为:74.84°、0.348 6×10-12m/V、0.405 3°、6.465 6 mrad.mm-1和50.87°、0.839 8×10-12m/V、1.448 5°、0.589 0 mrad.mm-1。在考虑走离效应的情况下,研究了三倍频转换效率随BABF晶体长度、基频光光斑半径的变化规律。
