摘要
利用SDS-PAGE方法对我国49份优质小麦的高分子量谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)进行了分析,共检测到13种亚基和16种亚基组合。结果表明:高分子量谷蛋白(Glu)变异较为丰富,Glu-A1位点有3个等位变异类型,Glu-B1有6个等位变异类型,Glu-D1有4个等位变异类型,而且还发现一些稀有亚基13+16。优质亚基5+10、2~*亚基在供试品种中的比例较高。供试品种HMW-GS品质得分为5~10分,平均为8.04分,表明在我国小麦育种中已注重加强优质谷蛋白亲本材料的引进和利用。
The high molecular weight subunits of wheat glutenin in 49 good quality wheat varieties were separated by SDS-PAGE,and 13 subunit patterns and 16 subunit combinations were detected.The results indicated that there were large variations and three types were detected on Glu-A1 loci,six types were detected on Glu-B1 loci,four types were de- tected on Glu-D1 loci.Novel subunit patterns 13+16 were found.The frequency of HMW-GS 2~* and 5+10 was higher in the test varieties,their quality scores were between 5 and ...
