背景:桡动脉痉挛是经桡动脉行冠状动脉血管造影时的最常见并发症之一,可导致患者不适甚至有时致操作中断。本研究旨在比较尼可地尔与解痉鸡尾酒疗法在经桡动脉冠状动脉血管造影时的解痉效果。方法:进行一项随机研究,在150例患者中比较4mg尼可地尔与鸡尾酒方式给予解痉药物(生理盐水与200μg维拉帕米的混合)的疗效差异。
Background: Radial artery spasm is one of the most common complications during coronary angiography via the transradial approach, causing patient discomfort or sometimes interrupting the procedure.
