摘要 本研究旨在评估时间分辨率为83ms的新一代双源CT扫描仪用于心脏成像的诊断准确性。对未经选择的51例由于疑似或确诊冠心病(CAD)拟接受有创性冠状动脉造影的连续患者(平均年龄64±10岁),利用双源计算机断层扫描(DSCT)进行了检查。对所有冠状动脉节段均进行了冠状动脉病变分析。将该检查结果与有创性冠状动脉造影进行比较。 The aim of the present study was to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of a new dual-source computed tomographic scanner generation with 83-ms temporal resolution in cardiac imaging. Fifty-one unselected consecutive patients(mean age 64± 10 years) scheduled for invasive coronary angiography because of suspected or known coronary artery disease(CAD) were examined with dual-source computed tomography(DSCT).
