垂体柄阻断综合征的MRI表现特点与诊断

目的:探讨垂体柄阻断综合征的MRI表现特点及诊断。方法3例经临床及MRI证实的垂体柄阻断综合征患者,分别行头颅垂体部MRI多方位薄层平扫及增强扫描;回顾性分析其MRI表现特点。结果3例垂体柄阻断综合征MRI均表现为垂体柄缺如、垂体后叶异位,垂体前叶萎缩或发育不良。结论垂体柄阻断综合征的MRI表现具有特征性,MRI对其诊断有重要价值。
