后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗高龄乳糜尿(附16例报告)

Experiences in retroperitoneoscopic ligation of renal lymphatic vessels for chyluria in senile patients

目的:探讨后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗高龄乳糜尿的有效性和安全性。方法16例患者,男12例、女4例,左侧9例,右侧6例、双侧1例,行后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术观察手术时间,术中出血量、术中、术后并发症及手术效果。结果平均手术时间80min,术中平均出血量60ml,术中、术后无明显并发症,随访6～12个月,无复发。结论本术式创伤小、痛苦小、出血少、淋巴管结扎彻底,住院时间短、恢复快,对高龄乳糜尿患者是安全、有效的。
