三种用药方案治疗解脲支原体泌尿道感染的成本-效果分析

目的:评价3种治疗解脲支原体泌尿道感染用药方案的药物经济学效果。方法110例解脲支原体泌尿道感染患者随机分为:阿奇霉素组、罗红霉素组、克拉霉素组等3组。运用药物经济学方法比较其成本-效果。结果3种方案药品成本分别为22.54、11.29、35.57元。总有效率分别为74.4、81.1、70.0%。结论罗红霉素组方案为较佳的治疗方案。
