摘要
针对故障树分析法在故障搜索中存在的不足 ,应用多目标优化决策论和序贯决策论研究了设备故障诊断中的最优搜索策略的求解算法 ,并以柴油机故障诊断为实例 ,基于故障发生概率、搜索代价、启发式信息价值等为影响因子进行了故障搜索策略的优化 ,验证了该算法的有效性和准确性 。
In view of the deficiencies of FTA (fault tree analysis)in searching for machine faults,an optimal algorithm of searching for machine fault is developed in the paper by using multi objective and sequential decision making theory.Taking the fault diagnosis of a diesel tractor as an example,the searching path to machine fault is optimized based on searching cost,fault probability and heuristic information.As a result,the efficiency and accuracy of the algorithm are verified,and the optimal searching of machine fault diagnosis is realized.
