本文着重探讨了高职高专英语目标教学法的理论基础和可行性。英语教师要转变传统的教育思想,改革传统的教育模式,实行"知识、技能、态度"三目标同时落实。

This paper discusses the importance and best ways of imparting knowledge and educating people,including classroom teaching,students social practice,teachers good manners and their work in change of classes.The author explains that it is a systematic project for imparting knowledge and educatrng people.Therefore some regulations and measures are necessary,which are scientific,methodical and reasonable.
