文章分析了《西游记》中唐僧在取经过程中,对三个徒弟的教化与管理,以及唐僧自己的道德素养,一路战胜妖魔鬼怪,历经了"九九八十一难",终于取回真经,完成大业成正果。通过对比,提出了作为现代领导应该培养自己七个方面的领导(管理)行为艺术。

This paper analyzes Tang Priest s civilizing and managing his prentices and cultivating his own morality in his journey to the west in The Journey to the West,where Tang Priest and his prentices beat ghosts and goblins,got over many difficulties,and got the Buddhism canon.By comparison,this paper puts forward that modern leaders should cultivate their leadership(management) in seven aspects.
