摘要
和谐的高校后勤是建设和谐社会的重要组成部分,是高校正常运行的基础和保障,是提高后勤职工工作效率、更好地为广大师生服务的前提,从人际关系、环境、管理模式、技术等几方面提出建设和谐高校后勤的一些建议。
