摘要
通过实验法、文献资料法、问卷调查法及数理统计法对一部分长期参加网球锻炼的中老年人身体素质进行研究,结果发现打网球可以降低中老年人的安静心率与血压,并给中老年人带来了较好的心态与良好的生活习惯,说明了网球运动能给中老年人带来健康,还能减少疾病的发生。
After reserching the body quality of ancient who always had taken tennis exercise,it is found that this kind of sport can reduce gerontic blood pressure and speed of the heart,and make the ancient keep good habit.It is proved that tennis can keep gerontic health and reduce the possible of falling ill.
