The Langguan s system is one important system of the Western Han Dynasty.As a guarder and a consultant of emperor,Langguan have significant effect to the emperor and the central government.It was able to promote government officials and to transfer magistrate to other localities.It was an important way for the Western Han Dynasty to reach politics exchanging between center and local authority.And it was also an important approach that the Western Han Dynasty government chooses and train talented person.
