本文主要研究中国近几年民营资本投资小型水电站的经济激励模式。文章先分析民资投资小水电的背景,对中国小水电比较发达的南方几个省区进行分析和研究,归纳比较成功的一些投资模式,并借鉴国际上对小水电投资的成功经验,希望促进我国民间资本健康、规范、有序地投资小水电。
