摘要 介绍基于微特性系统数字化微流体器件的玻璃精细加工方法.将拉锻好的玻璃微管道嵌入预先设计加工好的宏流道中,组合成微流道网络;宏流道采用CO2激光雕刻机雕刻聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)基板而成,尺寸与玻璃微管道外径相吻合;微管道连接部通过PMMA微连接板连接而成,将基板与盖板进行热键合密封.该方法允许制造更细结构的微流道,可以灵活构建复杂的微流道,同时可保证微管道的连接和强度;圆截面玻璃微管道管壁光滑,流动阻力小.利用微流体数字化技术,对数字化微流体器件进行了实验研究,在微混合实验和微流式细胞中得到了较好的效果验证.
