气动冲淤法治理黄河泥沙的一点思考

A Few Thinking for the Yellow River Sediment Regulation With "Air-Uplift"

思考未来的黄河,对现在的治沙输沙进行分析研究,得出:传统的水流挟沙、输沙是低能效的输沙模式,黄河几年来调水调沙的实测资料表明未有大幅增沙的现象,都是因为挟沙和输沙本身从水流摄取的能量不足的缘故。本文提出一种新观点和新思路,即利用空气的上升流,加强水体紊动,加速排沙,治理黄河泥沙的方法。在现在治黄措施条件下,未来黄河的关键在于治理河口,使河口不再抬高,并尽可能发生冲刷。文中根据黄河的情况提出一些设想和建议。

By thinking about the Yellow River s development in future,studying and analyzing sediment control transport as well,it is obtained that the traditional suspended sediment is a lower energy efficiency mode of carrying capacity and sediment transport by flow.It indicated no considerable increment of sediment transport in adjusting the Yellow River sediment and water recently because of absorbing the energy insufficiently itself.For the future of Yellow River,authors in this paper propose a new concept method...
