基于熵权的模糊物元模型在节水型社会评价中的应用 被引量:16

摘要 建设节水型社会是解决我国水问题的根本出路,对节水型社会状况进行评价具有重要意义。本文选取了节水型社会中关于"综合用水"、"生活用水"、"生产用水"、"生态环境"、"水管理"的23个指标构建评价体系,将熵值理论与模糊物元理论相结合,应用于节水型社会评价中,建立了基于熵权的模糊物元评价模型。利用该模型对山东省2005年的节水型社会状况进行评价,并与层次分析法的评价结果进行比较。结果显示:该模型引用信息熵所反映数据本身的效用值来计算指标的权重系数,有效地避免了权重分配困难的问题,并可得出评价样本与评价标准之间的远近关系,与实际情况相符。该模型具有合理、简便和实用的特点。 Twenty-three indexes in comprehensive water usage,living water usage,production water usage,zoology environment and water management in water-saving society establishment evaluating system is chosen.The entropy value theory is applied to the water-saving society establishment by combining the fuzzy matter-element theory,and the fuzzy matter-element evaluating model based on coefficient of entropy is established.The coefficients of weight in this model are derived from the avail value of data reflecting the ...
