摘要
良好的生态环境是实现21世纪我国经济、社会和自然持续、协调发展的基础。而水土流失是生态环境恶化的根源,本文针对我国水土流失的现状,分析了水土保持综合治理和生态环境建设的成绩、经验及不足,提出加强水土保持、生态建设的对策及建议。
Well ecological environment is the basis of realizing sustainable development of economy,society and environment in 21 century.However,soil and water loss is the root of the worsening ecological environment.This paper aims at soil and water loss situation,and brings forth suggestion according to analyses experience and deficiency of soil and water conservation and ecological environment in China.
