摘要
作者对当代高校"代沟"现象的表现,产生师生"代沟"的主要因素作了分析,并提出消除"代沟"不利影响的途径.
The reflection of the generation gap phenomenon,its main causing reasons are analyzed,and the way of get rid of its disadvantages are proposed.
