摘要
采用UG软件建立6×4重型自卸车的三维数模,并通过Nastran分析软件建立有限元分析模型。分析车架在弯曲和扭转工况下加载50 t时的应力分布情况,找出该自卸车车架设计中存在的不足,针对存在的问题提出解决方案,并从强度、工艺可行性和轻量化各方面综合考虑,以满足市场需求。
