摘要
文章通过目前通用的轻卡软轴操纵与韩国现代重卡的杆件操纵的操纵方式的对比,阐述了软轴操纵与杆件操纵的优点;并结合格尔发重卡变速操纵机构的设计方法说明了软轴操纵与杆件操纵相结合的优点,同时通过数据和实际使用情况证明了格尔发重卡软轴与杆件相结合的设计方法的正确性;使用结果表明,该设计满足整车操纵轻便性的要求,达到设计出高品质重卡、适应市场需求的目的。
The paper compares with the two operatin ways of fleible shaft and staff between light truck and the heary truck manufactured by Hundy Auto Co.and then explains the advantages of the two ways.Taking Gallop heavy truck as an example,which adops the combined ways of both flexible shaft and staff,together with some data and actual uses,the paper proves the correctness of the combined ways of the said truck and also shows its design can meet the requirements for easy control,high quality and the demands of the ...
