摘要
针对某重卡6×4牵引车在试验过程中发现水温过高问题,结合此车型冷却系统的设计,对该系列车型的散热器的选用进行了验算。通过对整车冷却系统的分析,对冷却系统的不合理之处进行改进优化,提高进风系数,增大通过散热器的风量和解决冷却系统的热风回流问题,并进行试验验证。结果表明,改进后的冷却系统,满足整车热平衡要求,并为今后的产品开发奠定了良好的基础。
In view of the overheated water teperature found in the testing process for a heavy truck 6×4 tractor,the paper combines this model with the cooling system design,checks computations of the performance of cooling system.And then it optimizes the design structure,improves coefficiency of the intake wind,increases the air flow through the radiator cooling system and solves the problem of returning the hot air,and a testing is given.The results show that: the improved cooling system meets the requirements of v...
