摘要
文章利用对称性,采用左右合模工艺,提高材料利用率。通过数值模拟技术对成形过程进行仿真;对成形缺陷及板料变形程度进行了预测;并对毛坯进行了优化,得到了良好的成形质量,最后通过实验对模拟结果进行了验证。该研究提供了毛坯优化方法,并为同类件工艺设计提供借鉴。
The technological design makes use of symmetry and adopts the two mould process,which increases material yield ratio.Numerical simulation technique is used to simulate the forming process.Forming weakness and major stain degree in sheet forming process were predicted.By optimizing blank figure and blank size,a good forming quality was obtained.Finally experiments were conducted to confirm the simulation result,which coincides with physical test.This research offers an optimization method for blank figure an...
