摘要
文章结合当前节能、环保的时代要求,论述当前汽车涂装的新材料、新工艺及汽车涂装发展趋势。包括前处理、电泳、PVC及中涂面漆4个方面。主要介绍了硅烷表处理技术、超高泳透力电泳漆、低密度自干型PVC材料、杜邦公司的Eco concept工艺和立邦公司的3C1B工艺。
According to the times demand for energy reduction and environment protection,the paper discusses the new materials,new processes, the trend of development of automobile painting,in terms of pretreatment,E-coat,PVC,primer,and top coat.Meanwhile,it mainly introduces the OXSILAN pretreatment technique,the super throwing power E-coat,the lower density self-dry PVC,DUPPONT Eco concept process and NIPPON 3C1B process.
