摘要
分析了国内第一套大容量国产SVS的特点,通过对SVS建设过程的总结,提出创新管理、健全运行机制、狠抓过程控制是项目建设取得最佳效益的基础,坚持"五制"原则是工程建设规范化管理的必由之路,紧紧抓住科技是第一生产力这一要素是项目成功的保证。
The characteristics of the first homemade high-capacity SVS(Static Var System) are analyzed.After summarizing SVS construction,it brings forward that getting optimal benefit is based on innovative management,right operation mechanism and process control.Also,insisting on the principle of "five systems" is the only way for canonical management of project construction.At the same time,science and technology assures the success of project.
