摘要
介绍了触角电位检测器技术的工作原理及其应用,特别是气相色谱与触角电位联用技术在昆虫性信息素和其它信息物质的成分及结构鉴定方面的应用,介绍了在实践操作中应注意的问题。
This paper deals with the working principle and usage of electroantennographic detector,especially the applications of gas chromatography-electroantennographic detection to identification of ingredient and configuration in studying of insect pheromones and other chemical signals.
