农村干部特别是党支部书记和村委会主任,不仅是上级党委、政府能否有效实施管理活动和指导工作的桥梁和纽带,而且是推进社会主义新农村建设的有利组织领导者,他们处在农村生产、建设、工作的最前沿和各种矛盾最集中、最突出、最复杂的重要位置,责任重大,厚望在肩,必须在理念上做到十方面的创新,即:指导思想端正、树好自身形象、坚持组织原则、依法公正办事、营造团结氛围、求真务实工作、大力发展经济、讲求工作方法、全力维护稳定、争创一流业绩。

Rural cadres are not only the nexuses of the effective management and guiding work of upper party committee and government,but also the leaders who helps to advance the socialist rural construction.Therefore,rural cadres must achieve the aspects in idea innovation: upright guiding thought;well image;sticking to organization principle;fair work;building united atmosphere;pragmatism;rapid economic development;right working method;maintaining stability;the best performance.
