摘要
采用直读光谱、光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜及X射线能谱仪等方法对某轿车的断裂前排气管进行了分析。结果表明,前排气管的断裂是由于高温和外界含氯离子介质的共同作用引起的腐蚀疲劳断裂。
A failure analysis of a front exhaust pipe on a car was conducted by means of chemical composition of emission spectrometer,optical metallographic microscope,SEM and EDX examination.The result shows that the fracture of the front exhaust pipe was a kind of corrosion fatigue fracture which caused by the combination effect of high temperature and external media with Cl-.
